New Year’s Walk

This winter has been unusually dry and warm, a good combination for beach shots but disturbing in other ways. This shot depicts Horsfall Beach, just north of North Bend, Oregon on New Year’s Day. An idyllic day with temperatures in the 60’s still at sunset, light winds, fantastic light and pollution free color.
