“Canyonlands” to Open at Studio West Friday

My Spring show at Studio West Gallery in Eugene opens this Friday, March 1 at the gallery located at 258 West 8th Avenue in Eugene, Oregon. Studio West Gallery will be featured on March’s First Friday Art Walk that includes dozens of local downtown galleries. Come join the fun. The walk starts at 5:30 at the Eugene Piano Academy, 507 Willamette St.

“Canyonlands” features images taken in Utah’s stunning backcountry, this first edition focusing on Zion and Bryce National Parks. The colors are so rich; reds, yellows, greens and bright, bright blues that are such an amazing contrast to the gray, green, brown of wintertime Oregon. I’d recommend a spring trip to the Canyonlands to any Oregonian looking to escape the deluges of spring for a vacation.
